A full South Asian grocery under one roof — from the produce your recipe needs tonight to the pooja thali you need for Saturday.

Indian vegetables picked for the week, priced to move.

Whole spices, ground masalas and every blend a home kitchen runs on.

Bulk bags of the basics, at the prices that keep people driving here.

Mithai for the festival table and snacks for the rest of the week.

Samosas made fresh daily. Grab a box on your way out.

Parathas, ready meals and frozen veg for the nights nobody wants to cook.

Paneer, ghee, yogurt and milk from the brands you already trust.

Everything the festival needs, plus the vessels to cook it in.
Our story
India Grocers opened in Sterling Heights in 1989, back when finding proper Indian groceries in Michigan meant a long drive and a short list. 37 years later we’re on Halsted Road in Farmington Hills, and the job hasn’t changed.
We’ve worked hard to build strong relationships with our vendors, and that’s what keeps our costs — and your prices — down. It’s also why our shelves carry brands most stores won’t stock.
Somewhere along the way we stopped being just a shop and became part of the neighborhood. That part we’re proud of.
